1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By making a reservation at Nambor Guest House, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, so please check them regularly. 2. Reservation Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. When you make a reservation, you will be asked to provide your contact information, the dates of your stay, and the number of guests. You will also be asked to choose a room type and any additional amenities you would like. 3. Payment Payment for your stay is due at the time of check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. 4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will not be refunded. 6. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms or public areas of the hotel. 7. Pets Pets are not permitted in the hotel. 8. Liability Nambor Guest House is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property. 9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. 10. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Nambor Guest House. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
